Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge

When I had to book a last minute room with my dog because the other accommodations I was staying were horrendous, the wonderful Lady at the front desk of the comfort inn was kind, accommodating, understanding and got me and my dog comfortably settled in. We had a nice clean and comfortable room that was cool in this crazy heat, with a sliding door so that I could easily take my dog out for bathroom breaks. The property is spacious and clean and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, and for accommodating us last minute and keeping us comfortable!

Definitely a good place to stay for a couple of nights. We spend 2 nights there and I should say, the breakfast is excellent. Good options to choose from. The only downsides are that they do not have an area with tables outside where you can eat with family and the pool was closed but else, we enjoyed our stay. If we're back in the area, we would choose to stay there again.

Simple, no frills but extremely great value place to stay as a family. Their family suite includes a King sized bed with a living room that contains a double bed and pull-out sofa for a very low price. Location is just right off the highway. We stay here every time we visit Windsor. Service was friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated and had a musty smell but the 2 queen bed room was clean . The bed sheets can be cleaned better as there were few stains. Rooms are smaller than the usual comfort inn rooms. The staff is very polite and quick to help. I choose this hotel as it was close to the water park and US border. There are many small eateries along the same road. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food options. However, the seating area was quite small and couldn’t accommodate all guests comfortably at once. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a plus. One issue we faced was with the door key—it often didn’t work properly when returning from outside. That was a bit frustrating, but the staff were always helpful and quick to resolve the issue. On-site parking was convenient, with back door access available as well, making it easier to get in and out.

Location is good so is the staff. No sofa or couch in the room so everytime had to jump on the beds to sit. Only one office chair for 3 of us which was used in turns. Breakfast is average with no halal options. Overall nice cozy place but no elevator.

We stopped here overnight before driving into the U.S., and it was a great experience. Abdullah was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hot breakfast was perfect and just what we needed before starting our drive again. Convenient location, welcoming service, and a comfortable stay — would definitely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had our baseball team stay here Friday to Sunday. Was there renovations happening, yes. Was it new and fancy, no. That said, the managers and employees did an OUTSTANDING JOB making me, my family, and Team feel special. I felt they went above and beyond with what we needed. THANK YOU….for taking care of us and making my time stress free. If we are down your way next year for a ball tournament, we will see you then!
